I was just about ready to give up on colon cleansers until I found this one. It is much gentler than the others that I tried. I ended up throwing away several bottles over other brands over the last 6 months after showing them to my doctor. He said that this was the best choice since some mixtures are too harsh on the system. I found that this helps elimiate the sluggish feeling I sued to have after some dinner meals.

It is a mystery to me why there is a number 7 in the name but the product is really excellent if you care about your health. My doctor recommended a few brands to me and this was one of them. It is priced very well, can be taken daily, and has veryu good ingredients. Colon cleanising is an important step in maintaining good health that most people seem to miss.

I have tried 6 diffrent colon cleanse products because I wanted to be sure I found the best one. Of the most popular ones, I have found this to be the best. It is manufactured in the usa which makes me feel more comfortable with the ingredients. It has helped me to lose weight, be more regular in the bathroom, and just made me feel more awake overall. It seems to be priced middle of the road. I have found that buying any dirt cheap products is ususally a mistake. I dont want to go name bashing here but you get what you pay for.

This is a nice mild colon cleanse that can be taken every day. I have been using this product for over a year. The original product was not to be taken daily but the formula has been improved so that it can now be a daily event. A good colon cleanse product should be subtle in its effects. You do not want to use one that gives you drastic changes because it is likely to be too harsh on your digestive track. I highly recommend this product.
